At Edsfragrance, we always make sure to take pride that every order is carefully prepared, packaged, protected, and shipped with attention to detail. All sales are final
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any orders. Once a Fragrance Leaves our warehouse, it cannot be returned for reasons of, change of mind, opened/used product, or preference
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if: the product arrives damaged or broken ( leaking vial, cracked bottle, defective sprayer)
- Wrong item was sent by mistake
To qualify for a refund, you must: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. (All claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been shipped. When the package is delivered it will be considered fulfilled. File a claim directly to the shipping carrier for a lost or stolen package.
